What is Express and CustomFit?

Express is a range of stocked, quality products guaranteed to arrive at your Elite Built Distributor’s door within 3 business days (provided your Distributor is within a 70km radius of Perth, Melbourne, Brisbane and Sydney CBDs).
CustomFit is a collection of products available in an extensive array of colours and sizes. It suits customers that would like to tailor their storage solution and are willing to wait a little longer for the products to be made-to-order.


Where do I find more product specific specifications? e.g colours and sizes

Individual product specification sheets are available for download on our website. The product specification sheets can be found in the download section under each individual product. If you require further information, please contact Customer Service on 1300 297 517.


What warranties do you offer?

Our warranty periods vary depending on product. The warranty periods range from 1yr, 3yr, 5yr or 10yr. Warranty documents can be found in the download section under each individual product.


What colours are available in the Elite Built range?

Does Elite Built sell directly to the public?

Elite Built products are only available through our extensive national Distributor network.

What is the freight cost for products?

Freight costs are dependent on many variables such as location and quantities. If you wish to obtain a quotation, please contact Customer Service on 1300 297 517


What accessories are available for Elite Built products?

Plain, slotted or fineline shelves, suspended or wrap around filing racks, hanging file chassis, coat rails, shelf dividers, and roll out file frames, media drawers and reference shelves. Please refer to the spec sheet on the website.


What is the weight capacity of a shelf?

How do I order spare keys?
