Issue:
Several instances of drawers falling off their supports in this product range.

Current Situation:
Units are being returned because they are not able to be repaired on site.

Objective:
Improve accuracy of fit between different components (body and drawers).

Improvement Initiative:
Investigate where there is most variability and implement the use of jigs. Look for any opportunity to make design changes that would help manufacture/assembly.
